I am based in Adelaide, SA. I am the principal consultant at Engage, an organisation that operates within the aged, community and disability care sector aiming to address challenges, build local capacity and deliver viable and sustainable outcomes through collaboration.

In 2022-23 I work as the CHSP Sector Support and Development Coordinator for the Multicultural Communities Council of SA, the peak organisation that services, empowers and advocates for cultural and linguistically diverse communities in the state. 

I hold a PGCert in Health Science from Western Sydney University with a focus on ageing and disability. My prior studies include intercultural policies, marketing and advertising, international studies and hospitality management.

I have a special interest in the benefits of dance on health, and in particular on the prevention of Dementia. I am a member of the International Association for Dance, Medicine & Science as well as Dance Health Alliance and Active Ageing Australia. 

I teach swing dancing classes at Swing That Thing. As a dance teacher I have taught dance classes to almost all ages and abilities.

I volunteer as a Grievance Officer with SA Sea Rescue Squadron.
